All cancellations must be in writing. A refund of the Conference fee, minus a $100 service charge, will be given for cancellations received by 11:59 pm on Friday, May 14, 2021. After this date no refunds will be issued. We regret that refunds will not be given for no-shows. We are unable to make any exceptions to the above policies. Thank you for understanding.
Substitutions are welcomed. No refunds will be granted for requests received after 11:59 pm on Friday, May 14, 2021. Submit requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the event and onsite. One substitution per original registrant.

A: Yes. Please email CWA Events Director, Monica Sobala at email@example.com with your Full Name, Organization Name, Organization Title, and Email Address. To expedite your request, please fill out this Excel Spread sheet and send along with your request.
Q: What if I am not available during the virtual conference?
A: All talks and sessions will be recorded and made available for viewing following the live conference. These "Replays" will be available 3-6 months after the conference to view.

Q: What do I need to attend the virtual conference?
A: To attend the virtual conference, you need a good internet connection, computer, and a valid registration. All of the conference workshops, plenary sessions, and general sessions will be on the Zoom Webinar platform or Remo.co webinar platform. Please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as internet browsers. For the networking events, it is recommended to turn on your camera and use a headset with a microphone.
