Kim’s passion is partnering with individuals and teams to help them blossom for the greater good. Supporting adults who strive to serve the community with authenticity is her singular mission. For the last 15 years, Kim has applied leading-edge behavioral psychology, systems theory, organizational development, and other disciplines to equip organizations to build capacity and infrastructure for high-quality client services. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Mills College and Certificates in Non-Profit Management and Human Resources Management from California State University, East Bay. She has specialized training in Participatory Decision-making, Human Performance Technology, Non-Violent Communication, and Youth Development.
