Rosemarie Molina is the Organizing Director at the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor. As part of her work at the LA Fed, she develops programs that target union growth, workforce development and improving industry standards for workers. Previously, she led efforts for the LA Raise the Wage Campaign and the CLEAN Campaign Campaign. She has a background in community and worker center organizing, union organizing, policy advocacy and civic engagement. She also holds a master's degree in Labor and Community Studies and teaches Labor Studies at California State University Dominguez Hills.
