CareerHub has sent over 208,000 texts since the pandemic began. That’s 208,000 reminders, messages of encouragement, referrals, resources, and e-gift cards to much-needed supportive services. Typically, response rates to such messages are about 36%. Some users though have amazing engagement rates of 60-400% response rates to messages. That means they are doing something special to engage and connect with their clients via text. We wanted to know what is their secret and what could we learn. Join us to hear notes from the field from interviews from four youth and adult workforce agencies across the country on how they leverage texting to support and connect virtually with their clients.
